Americans almost equally divided in view of Bush - poll By Greg Robb WASHINGTON (CBS.MW) -- Americans are almost equally divided in their support from President Bush, according to a new Time/CNN poll. The survey found that 47 percent of Americans say they will vote for President Bush and 48 percent saying they are not. The poll shows President Bush's job approval rating stands at 52 percent, down from its peak of 89 percent in October 2001. President Bush's disapproval rating has reached a new high for his presidency of 43 percent.
