I don't have a script recipe. I make it up as I go.

For two people:

2 large, sliced yams.
I cooked in microwave under plastic wrap until tender. Then, I peeled yams. They are easier
to peel if they are warm.

l/2 sweet onion, chopped

I added onion and yams, plus a little lemon juice to food processor. I thinned with chicken stock.
I added a tiny bit of curry. I pulsed food processor until I got soup close to consistency that
I liked. I added 1 cup half and half. The puree was still a bit thick so I added a some extra
chicken stock. B4 I serve on Thanksgiving, I will heat soup and check it for taste and consistency.

I went light with the curry because I do not want the curry to overwhelm the big, fruity Oregon
Pinot Noir I have set aside for Thanksgiving.
