FRANK, Please comment on the following from the latest 10-Q:

"Also contributing to the operating and net loss increases was the increase in the compensatory element of stock issuances, which increased by 61% to approximately $1.2 million for the first three months of fiscal 2004 from approximately $747,000 for the first three months of fiscal 2003. This reflected greater use of Fonar's stock in lieu of cash to pay employees, consultants and professionals for services."

The common share votes are meaningless since the holder of Class C shares can accept them or reject them as he desires. That is no vote in my book.
The share price performance gives lie to all your pumping. Fact--with each announcement of an additional sale the share price drops.
