The death sentence is appropriate in Virginia law. Malvo will probably get it, too.

Point of info.
I believe accepted view is that it is cheaper to give him life without parole than expend the legal costs prior to execution--also the cost of at least 10 years in prison anyway. Best solution is speedy trials and appeals and fry them much faster than we currently do. If anyone deserves to be executed these two do. mike

I don't debate a "deterrence" reason for the Death Penalty. Revenge is good enough for me. You murder someone, you die.
