10-20 years of never ending appeals and especially in legal aid cases govt is paying for both sides. Mike PS for the old time threader. I was in Junior HS when california mass murder of women, Carol Chessman, got gassed. I remember the boys counting down at the noon hour when he got gassed. Some girls were crying because they mistakenly thought him innocent or reformed. I was faking the gasping for breath that he was going thru in real time. mike
