After examining the most recent earnings release versus prior releases, I concluded that HOFF management has misled investors regarding PEMEX collection timing.

I also noted that at least one brokerage house (Morgan Keegan) feels that the asset value is overstated (real value of barges is far below carrying value).

I came across HOFF's weekly chart a few days ago and noticed the bullish divergences in some of the indicators. After watching it a little closer the last few days I noticed someone picking off bigger chunks when available then bringing the price back down. Don't know if it is real interest or short covering but I grabbed enough to keep my attention and we'll see what happens.
