I'm sure Kerry and Clark would place great value in your description of them as "manly men". Didn't Gore put Naomi Wolf on his campaign payroll to teach him to be an "Alpha Male"?

They have spines of steel and don't just act tough " AS You have no idea about heroism or the military award system. Very often acts of heroism start out as foolish and dangerous leadership failures often by the same person who in an effort to correct their improper judgement does something above and beyond. There are a lot of "average Joes" who have done greater heroic acts than either of your so call HEROS and don't even want to talk about it. Based on some Bush's questionable actions, if he was in charge of a platoon he might be just as much a hero based on his often questionable judgement. You just don't have a clue!

I'm a disabled vet who is medically retired during peace time years so by your definition, does this mean I'm not a manly man? Does this mean anybody that served during peace time is not a manly man? I mean I can tell you stories that are still top secret and on a need to know basis today but it was during the cold war, so it was peace, so it never happened, so I'm not manly? Please girl give me your definition of a manly man so I can become one after all of these years because I sure as hell don't want to be a REMF wannabe like Gore to be considered a manly man.
