So... tell me what you are going to do when a chlorine tanker car gets blown in your city? Or a methyl isocyanate tank?

That's one of the main reasons we HAVE a national government: to provide for the common defense.

Great idea! We will send our troops to conquer other lands (at the expense of funding our local police and law enforcement) and our civilians will take care of protecting this country.
