MishMan, Greenspasm does not control the long end

he may not raise rates until June of 2004
but by then the long end may be cruising toward 5.5%
if so, then huge pressure on the Gspot to tighten

one must separate discussion of shortend and longend

GreenMan does not intend to raise anytime soon
not until the wondrous recovery blossoms further

BUT BUT BUT, HE DONT CONTROL THE LONG END
if CRB and energies and Asian imports rise in price,
IT IS ALL OVER, HIGHER RATES ARE IN LONG DATED
and short dated must follow
