We've been over this before, Steven. You know perfectly well that the Jews a) had some problems living in Europe, since most of the Europeans wanted them out, b) did not take the Torah as a land deed, but tried to buy a country in a run down neck of the woods. The idea that the local Arabs were an existing population that made a sovereign nation whose rights had to be respected certainly didn't occur to anyone at the time, not the Jews, not the Brits, not the Turks, not even the local Arabs, who still considered themselves Syrian if they considered themselves anything. Israel’s claim to the territory it occupies rests entirely on its military strength and that of its patrons Israel exists, Steven! It has existed for nearly sixty years, and Zionism for 120! It is a nation, a sovereign country. Most Israelis have lived there for generations, and Europe, Russia and the Arab lands (where most Israelis' ancestors came from, btw) certainly don't want them back. To prefer the rights of Palestinians to the land of Israel at this point is indeed to prefer the rights of refugees to return to lands neither they nor their fathers have every seen based on sentimental attachment - the exact same right you consider laughable when applied to the Jews. So much of your argument amounts at the end of the day to saying that national rights are a good thing but the Jews don't deserve any.

You write well, but you are hard to understand. I'll be brief. After many centuries of persecutions, expulsions and massacres Jews migrated to the area which is now Israel. The result was a modern country where previously was mostly desert. You seem to think that this was wrong. You seem to imply that Israelis should go back to the countries of their forefathers, which most of them have never seen. Will two wrongs make right? I think this is absurd.
