JW,
I must agree with your post in principle.

However, the near unanimous consent about the dollar descent has my contrarian nature itching wildly under it's bear suit.

Consequently, I will take upon myself the onerous task of contrarian's advocate. I will see your daily and raise you a weekly and five more indicators:

stockcharts.com[w,a]waclyyay[pb50!c200!d20,2!f][vc60][iUb14!Up14,3,3!Lk14!Lya7,14,28!Lo14!Lw25!Lyb20,2.0]&pref=G

The TA possibility in the above chart is the first half of a "Double Dubbya".

Obviously in recognition of "W's" re-election efforts.

Am I joking or am I serious??

I shall leave that to the judgement of each posters better angels, but I know which contrarian shoulder mine sits on. Yet IF that angel has harp or horns I am not able to discern.

VBG
Best Regards,

Roebear

Jim. Holiday weeks favor intervention. Lower volume during

such periods give the manipulators better odds of getting some traction with their <wag the dog> game of arbing currency options, or going long index options in the stock market.
