Cramer, You've got to be in awe of the homebuilders. Here go Lennar (NYSE:LEN - News), Hovnanian (NYSE:HOV - News), Centex (NYSE:CTX - News) and Toll Brothers (NYSE:TOL - News), just bursting out. I think this move may be a prelude to the re-multiplization of the housing stocks that I have been predicting this year. These stocks won't stop at nine or 10 times earnings; I think they will go to 12 to 15, which puts them much higher.
