Nothing like renting your house from the state. WI is pretty ugly on the property tax scheme also. Piss's me off every year when I send the 15% increase.

but aren't you excited the tripled car tax was rolled back by ahnold?

my son got hit with the davis tax (october) he actually put off buying his new beemer until after the first of the year because of that
