tsig... thank you, actually, for the pat on the back. This thing about the Iraqi reconstruction money being funneled to the miami police so they could rough up people engaged in peaceful dissent is particularly abhorrent--especially in light of the knowledge that the current American regime has denied the compensation legally awarded in court to the torture victims of the first gulf war and denied it on the basis that every cent of money needs to go into the rebuilding of Iraq. Something is horribly wrong here. --Cozzz
