We also invaded because there was evidence that Iraq was forging a relationship with Al Qaeda, and we could needed to nip it in the bud........ For the sake of argument, I will assume that there was evidence that Iraq and Al Qaeda were forging a relationship. However, do you think it reasonable to invade a country to nip relationship in the bud . I thought war was a last resort and not the kind to nip in the bud. Reasons that were given for war don't seem to add up.

And even where the Al Qaeda was active, it was in Kurdish territory, where Saddam had no authority. As for the nipping in the bud nonsense, look, it is NOW, AFTER we invaded, that the Al Qaeda organization is FLOWERING in Iraq. Thanks for nothing, Neocon morons!
