lizzie msft has peaked as an influence spreader. but you are underestimating how entrenched, no, absorbed in the IT bloodstream it is. It will take years to decades to change this, that is, to root out all the msft software people want to be rid of. Msft is not going away...but it will no longer dominate as it has in the past...msft has moved to yearly contracts...that will make it even tougher to get rid of...forget the msft is toast talk. it isn't toast and it won't be for a very long time...although the stock, like 95% of all tech stocks, is overpriced.
