The Czechs continue to insist the meeting took place, and who can say for certain, despite contrary evidence? That's the point. The Czechs continued to stand behind their reports, even after the so-called "contrary evidence" surfaced. Anyone who suggested even that Atta's Prague meetings MIGHT have actually taken place, as Cheney did earlier this year, was resoundingly denounced as a deliberate, blatant liar. But it seems now that the only lie - let's be generous and call it a mistake - was that there ever was any contrary evidence. The Czech evidence stands.
