I only skimmed it but I remember a calculation done by one of the networks that Iraq would require 3Xs the force (450,000) to match Bosnia. Even Rumsfeld noted that this force was supposed to small but swift while Powell fought to have overwhelming force which is the current state-of-the-art of the modern military.

Why is Rummy still in office?
