XNG has nice W-shaped Cup & Handle bullish pattern

top at 205 or so
bottom at 110 or so (autumn 2002)
last at 198

lift potential is 205-110 = 95
target nearterm is 205 + 95 = 300

once this breaks clearly above 210, it should move fast
a strong cold snap should get the job done this winter
an Alberta Clipper or Montreal Express
