I've looked over the Fed's activity this month, and would have to say they've been frantic, surprisingly so given the so called 8% GDP growth, strong commodity prices, parabolic freight rates, etc. Must be trying to deal with twin deficit supply (or something?), as it sure doesn't make sense from an inflationary or economic point of view anymore. Really emboldens the leveraged crowd I'm sure.
