It's an interesting suggestion but I think that each conflict is sui generis. Right now India/Pakistan isn't really a hot spot, either. Israel/Palestine never ceases to be a hot spot. For which, unlike India/Pakistan, so much American money is spent.

trouble in Kashmir, is through militancy of this "religion of peace "..... the middle east has been brought onto India. ....that was also done centuries ago when the bloody Moghul butchers swept in and ravaged the entire place for centuries. They killed 20,000 buddhist monks in one day , and virtually exterminated Buddishm from India . 1000's of Temples were destroyed, and yet the Indian could not be defeated . Islam is no religion of peace , quite the contrary , the prophet mohammed was an assassin. There would be no civilization at all in the Middle east , if it were not given to them to start with . Kashmir is Indian , and will always be Indian. period. ...but I agree with your hopes of mediation. Just stop and think of our losing 3000 lives in 9/11 ...the Indians have lost over 20,000 including members of their congress to these caveman~lunatic fanatics of Islam . India deserves much credit...and she will thrive .
