Yep, things are really improving in Fla. and they are going to get EVEN BETTER. GOVENOR Bush, being of a business background, has done more the all the previous govenors I can remember combined to improve the business climate in Fla. Scripps is coming to my area and is expected to create 40,000+ jobs, all in the biotech type field. Miami has a good chance for being the center of the largest free trade zone in the world (over a BILLION people in this market). According to the Palm Beach post home prices in my area have gone up 73% in last two years. jdn
