hello Bob I think the dollar is being slowly lowered on purpose by the goverment ,most people are trying to read panic in a lower dollar ,like we in Canada did at first ,now the same people dont want a higher ca.dollar we have become so dependent on the trade ,we will have to become more efficient to be competitive .I think the lower dollar will create jobs and more exports,less imports,and Americans will have to stay home more and spend more in their own country ,which should fix the balance of trade deficits .
