Conflicts can flare up so fast, that part of forecasting them is simply luck. Kashmir IS a real hot spot, I don't see how anyone could say it isn't- and we just don't know what will cause the first (or second, depending on how you figure it) nuclear war. It could be Kashmir, it could be the ME, it could be something else. We'll just have to see.
