Dean isn't talking foreign affairs because he has no clue personally. He admitted he took the advice of some experts to oppose the Iraq War. So you'd be getting a president who like GW relies on cabinet. There's always a risk there of special interests worming ther way into the White House.
In GW's case he loves special interests, which is why we need a president who can make up his own man from personal knowledge and experience. The world has never been more complicated than it is now.
