That issue seems to have disappeared due to the chaos in Iraq. I'm still waiting for flowers and little American flags appear. Apparently some soldiers are getting tired of the Iraqis who, they feel, are a bottomless well of want. Pretty thankless job when no matter what you do, it isn't deemed enough. Maybe Shrubbery should consider making Iraq a state. Then he could treat it like California and ignore its complaints.
