(OTCBB:ADOT) announced the appointment of Daniel Pierpont to the position of senior financial analyst for the Company. The executive staff's enlargement including the addition of Mr. Pierpont coincides with the Company's gearing up for the utilization of it restructured financial posture and greatly improved balance sheet. Joint ventures, acquisitions and business opportunities all restricted to allied businesses will be reviewed and, if thought to be desirable by the Board, acted on without delay. Mr. Pierpont, MBA, London School of Economics is well experienced with a number of publicly held companies, primarily in New England. Development of the Company's Color-Chek unit is proceeding on schedule with the evaluation of additional uses for this innovative application aimed at beta testing by year end. The market for the vision impaired who stand to benefit from the availability of the Color-Chek unit is extremely large.
