Has anyone tried Webroot Spy Sweeper?
It found a few more adware and spyware than Ad-Aware,
Spy-Bot did. It is free to try.
Any opinions?

How do you do that if you can't get a browser
to work anymore? As I said in my message,
in trying to get rid of the problem I ended
up without a functioning web browser.
