Could be. Until such time as am Independent Board of Directors along with enfranchisement of common shareholders with a meaningful vote this company shall go nowhere. Damadian ,sold the then shareholders, on the concept of Class C shares as a way to prevent a hostile take over. Not quite how I saw it. I felt he wanted to have a completely free hand to do as he wished with no capability of the Board nor the common shareholder to interfere. Evidence is seen in his continual dilution of common share values by continuously selling more shares into the market.He doesn't have to produce a profit-he and his family and few old friends are doing just fine with the present arangmenet.
