Good news roomie!!! AMD deal could make Sun the Linux company AN ANALYST FROM the Aberdeen Group reckons that the strategic alliance made between AMD and Sun Microsystems could turn the big tin maker into not just a Linux company, but the Linux company. theinquirer.net (I actually was thinking this when I first came on the Sun thread, which was after I knew of the AMD partnership- but Sun's past execution blunders which are mentioned often here made me second guess that thinking. Now an analyst has pointed out the possibility)
