Dean's brother goes on vacation in Laos and gets himself killed and his remains appear to come back with military honors. Priority over soldier's remains were given to this character.

WHAT A BUNCH OF CRAP.

This is just like Terry Anderson working on a book and being taken prisoner. I could have cared less if the bastard rotted in jail. He caused our country a mess of unnecessary problems.

Holy smokes.

The volatility alone is impressive, never mind the implications for future prosperity and debt.

It would be interesting to plot debt as a proportion of household assets and income, and a leading curve of future prosperity.

The idea being that each household is supporting the gov't creation of debt stimulus, and should be seeing results in some useable timeframe. The "prosperity" curve might be net household income.

Another overlaid curve might be total household taxes.
