So you have given the world one of the keys to the end of the Palestinian/Israeli conflict. Raise the standard of living of the Palestinians to a level where their reproductive rate is equal to or less than the Israeli rate. Hey, we agree. But how do you do that when their kleptocratic thug-o-cracy is determined to keep them poor shaheed fodder? You do realize that the Palestinians have gotten over $15 billion in aid in the last 10 years? Lack of money is not the problem. Lack of modernity - desire for the rule of law, peace and economic development - is the core of the problem. If anybody needs a regime change, it's the Palestinians.
