Kerry wants to close down offshore tax havens. That's huge.
Unlike most others, Kerry has never taken any special interest money so he's the reform candidate on those issues. Lieberman took 250 K from Enron, for instance, as well as being too indebted to Israel. Gephardt is too much controlled by unions. Edwards gets most of his money from lawyers. Dean gets it all from the anti-war left. Only Clark and Kerry can be considered unbound by special interests at this point.
