when you call Rogers a fascist, you're spewing offensive bullshit. I consider him a fascist in the sense that Rogers is not above the level of attempting to effect and/or block legislative changes or loopholes that benefit him personally to the tune of millions of dollars. Rogers position on pricing stock options is classic greed. There is no other word for it. He's not opposed to using the machinery of government to enrich himself personally as the head of a corporation. It is this combination of state and corporations that Mussolini defined as Fascism. Rogers isn't trying to make money the old-fashioned way, by selling more widgets. He's struggling to make it in the modern fashion. By creating stock option schemes that depend on governmental acquiescence to quasi-legitimate scams in order to grow fantastically rich. Rogers is a Fascist. He's attempting to use the state to enrich himself. If he were a true libertarian, he'd simply make as much money as he could in the private sector without attempting to influence government policy to favor himself over other shareholders.
