Interesting that you bring this issue of watering Australia. One of the reasons Aussies give for not bring a good 100 million people is lack of water. But lack of water is a problem put in front of 100 million brains to solve and knowing human track record they would crack it. You can ut India plus Mexico in Australia and it would live a lot of space for the Kangaroos.
