Wasn't there something in one of those founding documents about the right to pursue happiness? Inalienable, it was supposed to be.

I guess Coulter hasn't heard of that one, or approves of it only when people pursue happiness in directions she likes.

The idea that the government should be allowed to tell people who they can marry seems a strange one for a conservative, but it's a strange political world out there....
