So how much surplus capacity does OPEC really have right now? Is Iran running 3,720 (thousand barrels a day) any more? Kind of doubt it. Venezuela at 2,400? Kind of doubt it? Nigeria at 2,150? And the big question: does Saudi Arabia really have surplus capacity? I'll lay a side bet that they are full tilt, and it's all being bought without missing a beat, and by Asians for top dollar.

I also love how OPEC pretends to turn natural production declines into production "cutbacks", as if all they have to do is turn it "back on".
