There have been many, many promises made by QCharts, and the only ones they seem to keep regularly, are the price increases. They need to get the basics right (i.e. including all L2 participants, and data speed), before any further upgrades to the software, OR price increases for "administrative" costs. L2 and data speed were what was promised from the beginning, and both have deteriorated over the years. It's hard for me to be hopeful in light of their past. Show me the performance.
