yeah...forbid the fact that the TREATMENT programs suck and that even pregnant addict mom's can't get in in time for the birth.....they NEED treatment and NOT JAIL.....of course RUSH would beg to differ on that point.....he thinks ALL drug addicts should be jailed.... CC
