Surveys showed that about 30% of the American public are stupid enough to believe that WMDs were used on US troops. Nice to meet one of them! Not! ;-)

Bush either lied or was misinformed. Either way it is embarrassing for him and erodes his credibility around the world. Bush said "We found them" meaning the mobile labs. Either he was deliberately lying or some zealous underling told him they were a bio or chem lab. Either way, it turns out it was a false alarm.
