Since the Shiites are the majority who else do you think would have the most influence with the CoW? Have faith the President is a great leader and he will find the best possible solution. Dont expect a complete military exodus for many years. What ever government that assumes control requires many billions of dollars of investment. This investment wont happen without some assurance on security.
