It does not matter. If Harry gives Jim a gun to use against Roger, and then Jim instead takes the gun and uses it against his own neighbor, Jim by default broke his agreement with Harry. If Jim then takes the gun and threatens Harry with it, he gives Harry the right to destroy him. It does not matter at all that Harry once gave Jim a gun, however much one's defective leftist brain protests on this point.
