Postman, yeh, I think your right on NAG.......with the present exploration program and rumors of further acquisitions, I think it has a good chance to reach the .40's JMHO

NORTH AMERICAN GEM INC. ANNOUNCES CHANGE OF DIRECTORS
North American Gem has appointed Egil Livgard, PEng, to the board of
directors. Mr. Livgard brings 40 years of experience in mineral exploration
and mine management, and for the past 20 years had been a consultant to the
exploration industry in the United States, Canada, Norway, South America
and Africa. Mr. Livgard is a member of the Association of Professional
Engineers of British Columbia, and holds directorships on the boards of
Huldra Silver Mines Ltd. and Uganda Gold Mines Ltd.
Mr. Livgard has been involved with the Bonaparte property for many years
now, and the company is very excited to have him join the board as an
active and knowledgeable person, whose familiarity with Bonaparte will only
enhance the company's long-term goals for the development of the property.
In addition, the company would like to announce the appointment of Kirsten
Sorensen as corporate secretary.
The company also wishes to announce the acceptance of the resignations of
Harvey Pederson and Robert Auld from the board of directors. The company
would like to thank both Mr. Pederson and Mr. Auld for their dedicated work
for the betterment of the company.
