We have SF engaged in the Philippines as advisors now. They have an old bone to pick...I served with Nick Rowe in the 5th SFGA in 62 and 63. Nick was a VC POW for about 5 years in the 60s. He was captured with Rocky Versace who was recently awarded the Medal Of Honor. Nick was assassinated in Manila by terrorists in 88 or 89. Nick established the SF SERE school. The last two weeks and most demanding part of SF training at Ft Bragg. The Guam SFA Chapter is named after Nick.
