I certainly understand that killing someone of a different religion is wrong.

Really? How about 10,000 someones? How about 2,000,000?

That's how many people "Christians" have killed in the last few months in Iraq, and how many "Christians" killed when we ruthlessly attacked a peaceful Buddhist nation called Viet Nam.

Christians are the greatest butchers on the planet. Your little homily about "also know my church tells me to help the less fortunate, which I to do." seems to apply mostly to sending them to heaven sooner than they really need to go.

If Christianity was such a generous religion, how come we have major pockets of hunger in the United States, a country with a surplus of food?

" but I know the teachings of my religion, and I certainly understand that killing someone of a different religion is wrong."

I would hope you know that killing anyone from any religion is wrong. Since you know the teachings of your religion, will you tell me how many gods your religion worships, and what your religion says God looks like?
