You are simply trying here to make up with passionate ignorance what you lack in facts. 9-11 is the lens through which Bush views Iraq. There needs not have been a single Iraqi involved with 9-11. All that was needed was a dictator hostile to America, who had intentionally failed to uphold his obligations to the world for 12 years.
