Rick,

Some of us disagree with your statement here:

OIL is the name of the game.......911 has nothing to do with attacking Iraq......very sad that you can't see the obvious.

OIL is obviously the prize that Bush & Cie. were after all along. They telegraphed this in PNAC publications even before the 2000 elections. But, Operation 911 may very well have been precisely the "new Pearl Harbor" that PNAC suggested would be necessary in order to get the public to comply with the Iraq exploitation. I don't discount the possibility of a connection between 911 and Iraq. Both may have been the result of planning by the people who George Bush fronts for.....

Here's the scenario, as conceived by novelist George Orwell six decades ago:

"In some ways she was far more acute than Winston, and far less susceptible to Party propaganda. Once when he happened in some connexion to mention the war against Eurasia, she startled him by saying casually that in her opinion the war was not happening. The rocket bombs which fell daily on London were probably fired by the Government of Oceania itself, ’just to keep people frightened’. This was an idea that had literally never occurred to him."

It is not far-fetched to imagine this scenario, IMO.

After all, we have the government still denying the existence of a conspiracy to assassination JFK in 1963, and we have Richard Nixon caught on tape saying that the Warren Commission was "the greatest hoax the world has ever seen".

This is just an opinion, with not a shred of support. So I will now give it the attention it deserves.
