I seem to recall Bush lying about being: The Environmental President -- before he refused to fund his much ballyhooed and photo-oped "Leave No Child Behind" scam. The Humble Foreign Ally President -- when he announced that arrogance wouldn't play well, and then sh@t on the world by rejecting the Kyoto Protocol, the ICC, SALT II and the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty. Oh, and did I mention the naked aggression in Iraq? The Kinder-and-Gentler-Politics President -- Before he unleashed a radical right wing assault on bipartisanship and compromise at all levels of government. ********* There is only one thing that Bush has been absolutely consistent about in his term in office. He has never, ever stopped lying to the American public.
