On a relative basis, non-hedgers appears to be high priced compared to gold. The chart clearly shows the leverage of gold stocks vs gold at work.

The chart suggest a pause lies ahead. IMO, it is very likely. But this doesn't mean that both gold and the stocks cannot continue upward. The ratio could stay flat for a while.
