Republican's don't care about people and usually blame the woman for "getting herself pregnant" I have not seen any evidence for the first half of that statement and regarding the second half; Republicans generally push for responsibility. That is, if a woman gets her self pregnant she is responsible. If a man participated (other than leaving his sperm in a sperm bank) then he is also responsible. So would you say that a woman is not responsible for getting herself pregnant??? That's odd, unless she was raped.
